Location

Farmhouse Collina dei Fagiani is a well situated umbrian country house upon a hill, but only 3,5 km away from Umbertide, a smart town along the river Tevere, and thanks to the E45 Motorway, which is only few km away, the most important artistic and religious sites in Umbria, Tuscany and Marks are about one hour drive.

Coming from North: Exit of Superstrada E45 Umbertide, then turn right to Umbertide, drive Via Roma to the round way, go right to Via Colombo, then right to Via dei Patrioti
 

Coming from South: Exit of Superstrada E45 Umbertide Zona Industriale/Gubbio, then left to Umbertide until you reach the Railway Station; turn right to Viale Unità d’Italia to the round way, then left to Via Colombo, then right to Via dei Patrioti.

After 2,5 km turn right (there is a signal), drive about 600 mt and you will find our gate on the left handside.
