Prices include:
buffet breakfast, pool with sunchairs (may to september), bed and bathlinen with
weekly change;
water and electricity.
Weekly tariff with Hotel Service includes daily cleanings and change of bathlinen every 4 days.
Prices do not include:
extra change bathlinen: € 5,00 per person; extra change bedlinen: € 5,00 per
person; daily cleaning € 5 per person
daily.
Dinner: from € 15,00 to € 25,00 drinks not included (dinner can be provided in our
house or in a restaurant of our choice).
Heating: € 5 daily per room.
Fridge: € 2,5 per day, € 15 per week.
Only for the appartment:
final cleaning 25 euro; 5 euro daily as expenses forfait.
Booking is confirmed by deposit of 50% of amount, or 100% for one-night-stay.
Cancellations
In
case of cancellation of the reservation, clients will pay penalty (except other
agreements) on this basis:
- until 10 days before date of arrival: 50% deposit
- 10 to 3 days before date of arrival: 90% deposit
- 3 days before date of arrival or no show: 100% deposit

case of advanced departure: 100% of whole amount |
