Our services

In our 20 hectares property you can spend agreeable hours walking through oaks, junipers and brooms, trying to recognise several bird species, meeting hares, deer and pheasants.

During the nice season you can spend your time in the garden under the trees, playing bowls or swimming in the pool. We also have a children playground with several games.

In the restaurant (only for our guests), you can taste typical Umbrian cuisine, with our own oil and good wines of the area. Creativity together with tradition will amaze you, and we are sure you will not easily forget your stay.

If you desire to go trekking, we will show you all the trails (including the most important in Italy, known as Sentiero Italia) around us. We also leave at your disposal our mountain-bikes to ride along the country roads. Horse riding is possible only a few km away, by a fixed horse-club.

Each nosmoking-room and juniorsuite, furbished with antique furniture and contemporary pictures made by the owner Stefania Fior, has its own bathroom, heating, telephone. The original structure of the house has been kept, with beamed ceilings and the big external stairs with terrace. One self-catered appartement is available up to 3 people. By the buffet breakfast you can find: cakes made with our grandmother’s recipes, jams (made with our own fruits, rigorously cultivated without pesticides using only natural compost), the typical Umbrian unsalted bread and our home-made rye-bread, and of course coffee, milk and any sorts of teas.
